PRFO’s Final Master Plan for Blair Park, in keeping with the EIR which was certified in December 2010, includes:
A) Large multipurpose field (100 yards x 50 yards)
B) East and West Parking Areas with a total parking space count of 40
C) Small Restroom Building
D) Blair Meadow, the location of the Glade and concession/restroom building.
E) Pedestrian crossing at the intersection of Red Rock and Moraga as recommended in the certified EIR.
