The Final Proposed Master Plan for Blair Park enhances the original project by incorporating improvements to address community and City Council concerns while reducing the project’s environmental impact and includes:
A) Large multipurpose field (100 yards x 50 yards), for organized sports games and unstructured play
B) East and west parking areas with a total of 40 parking spaces
C) Small restroom building (click here to view the diagram of the proposed facility)
D) Blair Meadow, the location of the grassy glade (for practices and unstructured play) and concession/restroom building
E) Pedestrian crossing at the intersection of Red Rock and Moraga (click here to view Red Rock intersection)
F) Pedestrian crossing and traffic calming roundabout at the corner of Maxwelton and Moraga (click here to view Maxwelton intersection)
G) Off-leash dog run, south of the west parking lot
H) Parallel parking space on Moraga for public safety monitoring and emergency vehicles
I) A sidewalk that runs along Moraga at street level the full length of the park
